Our dog products ship out within 2-5 business days and you will receive the package depending on the product. To track your shipment, use our internal tracker. After the order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping confirmation with details about your tracking number. You can visit our tracking page directly on our website to follow your order using the order or tracking number. You can also download the Shop app to track your order (more information is provided in the shipping confirmation email).
